PROJECT Basics - An existing, bespoke fitness business in Westport CT, bodyquest studio turns to social media, Focusing strictly on facebook + instagram, to support a new website roll-out + the opening of a new studio in neighboring Fairfield CT.

INVESTIGATE -

  • BodyQuest Studio's business was strong, but web + social presence was nil.

  • Their culture, led by a dynamic founder, centered on bespoke, customized + unique barre workouts.

  • brand felt solid amongst existing clientele, with limited social engagement among that core group.

STRATEGIZE -

  • the business goal - take a successful single location entity, where the founder is central to the theme and repeat it, the next town over.

  • communicating the unique effectiveness + high touch of Bodyquest on social media would be critical.

  • harness current devotees to engage them in their social networks to produce clients for the new studio.

CREATE

  • as a founder-centric business, Voice became the linchpin for differentiation.

  • guest edit brought the founder's knowledge + enthusiasm to the feeds.

  • specific + more general lifestyle shots to engage.

  • on Facebook, the primary discussion platform for this guest edit, we created an on-going BQ IQ conversation to encourage followers to Like + SHARE.

  • train founder to take over the feeds, beginning February 2016.
